Meeting Your Needs
One of our areas of expertise is to provide a niche service to investigate leaks, issues, building defects, construction defects either within warranty or not, and provide thorough, detailed and guaranteed reports which are often used in court as part of a conflict resolution process.
Once we provide a report following our own investigation, we guarantee that the recommendations within the report will solve the issue. If they do not, we will not issue an invoice until the issue is rectified. Thankfully, it has not happened yet.
